Brett Dyer brings deep analytical expertise to Envision Group as a Senior Data Analyst. He brings 18 years of experience in the tax industry. Based in Granite Falls, Washington, Brett lives with his wife Jessica and their dog Moose. A trivia buff and tech enthusiast, he enjoys smoking meats, collecting vintage keyboards, and building custom computer systems. In his downtime, Brett loves beachcombing, traveling, and playing strategy games. 

Dan Gonzalez brings more than 30 years of experience in the tax industry to Envision Group, where he serves as a Technology Specialist. He attended California State University, Fullerton, majoring in Accounting, and sharpened his skills through a lifetime of work in his family’s tax preparation firm, one of the largest in Los Angeles during its peak. Dan developed expertise across tax preparation, operations, client service, and marketing before transitioning toward technology-driven solutions for tax professionals. Based in Florida, Dan is an avid boater who spends his time navigating coastal waters and exploring the islands of the Bahamas. Whether scuba diving, offshore fishing, or just cruising, life on the water is where he finds his balance and inspiration. 

Lori Gonzalez brings nearly three decades of operational experience in the tax industry to Envision Group. She is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, where she earned her degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. Lori grew up in a small, family-run business where she learned the ins and outs of entrepreneurship by watching her parents manage projects, lead teams, and handle back-office operations. That early exposure shaped her strong work ethic and leadership style. Outside the office, Lori is an avid traveler who has visited all seven continents. She immerses herself in local culture and cuisine wherever she goes, believing the best way to experience a place is through its people, traditions, and food. 

Tommy Hyzdu is one of Envision Group’s Co-Founders, bringing extensive financial and tax industry experience along with a strategic vision that’s earned him a trusted reputation across the space. Prior to Envision, Tommy served as Chief Sales Officer at CrossLink, where he served in the key role of onboarding some of the industry’s most valuable accounts, eventually assisting in the acquisition of some of those entities as well. He holds a B.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University, with a minor in Marketing and Finance, and previously held Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. Based in Lodi, California, Tommy is known for his leadership, trusted counsel, and ability to build lasting partnerships that drive growth. Outside the office, he’s a proud dad to his son Max and values close-knit time with friends, siblings, nieces, and nephews. Whether powering through a CrossFit workout, some golf or tennis, or planning his next travel adventure outside the US, Tommy thrives on personal growth, meaningful connections, experiencing new cultures, great food, and old vine wines. 

Paul Ursetta brings over a decade of business and tax industry experience to Envision Group as a Co-Founder. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from The University of Akron. Based in Acworth, Georgia, Paul has shared 20 amazing years with his wife and is a proud father of two. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends playing golf, traveling, fishing, and being at the beach. Paul has also enjoyed coaching little-league baseball for the last 11 years. His thoughtful leadership and pragmatic mindset continue to shape Envision’s vision for long-term growth.
